Rhythm Kids® (ages 4-6, caregivers optional)
Rhythm Kids® is Music Together®'s program for older children, on their way to independent music making. We explore animal-themed rhythm patterns, djembe hand drums and creative play to lead students toward understanding musical notation and vocabulary. Like our Mixed Age classes, Rhythm Kids® is play-based. We also layer in more challenging musical skills and invite children to take an active role in their own musical development. Rhythm Kids® is a fantastic step forward in the journey to reading music and private music lessons.
Join us this summer for Rhythm Kids® Camp! Our camp is a half-day of music and play for 4-6 year olds. At Rhythm Kids® Camp, we will use animal-themed rhythm patterns, djembe hand drums and creative play to lead campers toward independent music making. Like our Mixed Age classes, Rhythm Kids® is play-based. We will grow our musical skills through games, movement activities, instruments and singing, with plenty of opportunities to play with friends, craft and rest when needed.
Session 1 - July 6-10 & July 13-17
Session 2 - July 27-31 & August 3-7
Campers can register for a single week or for a full 2-week session. Our camp day runs from 9am-1pm, Monday through Friday. Camp is held at 2412 Snapdragon Street in Bozeman. Sibling and multi-week discounts are available! Questions? Email Sarah.
